Draft Strategic Plan 2024-2025:

The school Board and staff have been working on our school’s Strategic Plan. This plan sets the direction for the school to take. To realise our school vision of Inspiring growth through wisdom and honour : Hihikotia kia tupu ai tōna matauranga me tōna mana Motuhake, the plan is focused on working on the following strategic initiatives:

• Growing successful young people
• Ensure quality teaching and leadership
• Have strong community relationships that grow learning opportunities
• Provide a safe and inclusive environment
• Be in a strong financial position to support growth
