Join us for Open Week - get the Kelston experience and enrol for 2027!

Open Week: Mon 27 - Fri 31 July

To begin Open Week, we will be offering guided school tours led by our Prefects each afternoon* from 4:00pm–5:00pm. Prospective students and whānau are invited to visit the school and experience Kelston for yourselves. During the tour, you will move through classrooms, explore our facilities, and have opportunities to interact with students and staff. Tours typically take around 30 minutes, depending on how much time you would like to kōrero with us.

Your tour will conclude in the Bean Pavillion with our new Principal, Mr Taito, and our Year 9 Kaimanaaki Tāngata (Dean). You are welcome to begin the enrolment process onsite using our provided laptops, or you may take enrolment information home with you.

Both walk-ins and pre-bookings are available. You can pre-book your tour using the button below, or simply arrive from 4:00pm on the day.

​​​​​​​*School tours are available on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. There are no afternoon tours on Thursday due to our Open Evening

Open Evening: Thur 30 July 6:00pm - 8:00pm

Our Open Evening begins at 6:00pm in the Library with a welcome from our new Principal, Mr Taito, before heading into school tours. Open Evening is when Kelston Boys’ High School truly comes to life.

The school is lit up with interactive stations showcasing the types of learning experiences we offer. Each department will have displays and activities available, with our ever-popular Science experiments always drawing a crowd. Staff and students will be available throughout the evening to support you and answer any questions about your son’s future education with us.

We will finish the night with light refreshments at the front of the school. Laptops will also be available for you to begin the enrolment process with our Enrolment Officer, or you may take enrolment information home.
