This week we have PhotoLife coming in to take ID photos of all of our students. The photos are used for student ID photos for their ID cards (which are $7 and can be purchased at the cashiers office), their student record on our school system, and in the Yearbook.

All students need to be in their correct school uniform, following the uniform and personal grooming standards here ---> https://www.kbhs.school.nz/administration/uniform-1

Things to note:

• When the class is called for photos, jackets/jumpers/vests are to be taken off, and just the school shirt is to be worn in the photos.
• We should have the top button done up, with no undershirt shown.
• Year 13's must wear their ties, and prefects are permitted to wear their blazers.
• If students are not clean shaven, they will be sent to the duty dean in student services to shave prior to having their photo taken.
• We will have helpers in the auditorium reminding students of these rules and organising the classes.
• Students who are absent can have a catch up photo by our in house photographer Ms Chelsea. See her during break time for a photo if needed.
• Photos can be purchased online from PhotoLife, and PhotoLife organise this and email parents/caregivers directly, as there is a personalised code to enter. ID photos purchased are delivered to school to be collected from the front office. If you lose your code or email does not come through, please contact the school office on office@kbhs.school.nz for us to help you.
